visit to Wolves
Former Aston Villa forward Gabriel Agbonlahor has delivered his verdict on whether Leeds United can claim a much-needed Premier League win over Wolves.
Leeds United are looking to equal a record set by Don Revie when they travel to Molineux, as they look to claim a fourth successive Premier League win against Wolves.
The form book is in Leeds’ favour ahead of the clash, as Wolves currently sit bottom of the table after four games, with a goal difference of minus seven after four consecutive defeats.
Although Leeds have struggled in front of goal, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin coming under criticism for his miss against Fulham, the Whites’ defence has stood up well, with two clean sheets in four games to start the season.
With both sides expected to be locked in a relegation battle this season, Agbonlahor has delivered his prediction as Daniel Farke looks to unlock his side’s toothless attack.

Speaking on TalkSport Breakfast on the morning of the 18th September, Agbonlahor explained why he believes the pressure is on Wolves in this “must-win” game.
According to Agbonlahor, the fact that there are four teams below Leeds with fewer points means they can afford to take a point at Molineux.
Agbonlahor said: “It’s a very big game. Wolves are at home now. Zero points. It’s a game that, if you’re Leeds, you put the pressure on; Wolves need to win.
“It’s a must-win game, but if you’re Leeds, you’ll say to yourself, the pressure’s not on us. We’ve got four points from four games.
“There are four teams below us with [fewer] points, and Wolves will be expected to win this. They’ve made some decent signings, Wolves, that the players need to start performing.”
Asked for his predicted score, he concluded: “I think a draw, I think a 0 -0 draw.”
What is Leeds’ record for the most draws in a Premier League season?
Until Gabriel Gudmundsson’s cruel own goal shattered Leeds’ hearts on the banks of the Thames, Farke’s men looked destined to secure a second consecutive 0-0 draw.
If Leeds do come home with a share of the points, it will lift them to five points from five games and hand them a second draw of the season. If Leeds replicate this rate across the entire season, drawing 40% of their fixtures, they will end the season with 15 stalemates from 38 games.
This figure would be the joint-second most draws Leeds have ever achieved in a Premier League season and the most in a 38-game season. Leeds’ current highest total of drawn games came in 1993/94, as they drew 16 from 42 games, one more than the 92/93 season when they drew 15.
As things stand, the highest number of draws in a 38-game season was set by George Graham in the 1996/97 season, when Leeds claimed 13 draws and finished 11th. This was then matched in the 98/99 season as Leeds finished fifth.
